Rob Roy Relaxation Project
Southern Landscape designed and built a new outdoor entertainment space in West Austin that rehabbed an out-of-date pool and tied space together. This older, hillside home had no room for its family to entertain or for the children to play. Southern Landscape created a large outdoor area by leveling the yard with a substantial retaining wall, creating space for an outdoor kitchen (including a kegerator), fire pit, and entertainment area. The pool revitalization included modern amenities: a tanning ledge, jetted spa, travertine coping and flagstone veneer. Decks were also rebuilt, and a stainless steel cable railing was installed to minimize the impact on the beautiful hill country view.
